Kristin is currently exploring different synonyms for “generalist” to more poetically sum up the breadth of her role. With a Bachelor of Design in her pocket, Kristin moved from Alberta to BC to work with two prominent Vancouver agencies before jumping ship to join the tiny, but powerhouse team at Thought Shop. Here, her role is vast and varied, from illustrating, designing, researching, typesetting, tweaking, finessing... – any task big or small, sensible or wacky to keep the projects fresh and on brief. In her off hours, Kristin insists on hoisting her body up precarious mountain slopes or heading for the deepest, darkest backcountry in search of all the drama she doesn’t find here in this calm, ego-less workplace.
